We are NOT Participating in Richmond Restaurant Week 2012 but…

Although s@mple is too young to participate in Richmond Restaurant Week, we’d still like to offer a similar dining experience.

That’s why from April 25th – 28th we are running a s@mple tasting menu.

Chef Todd Butler has designed the following $25 three course menu for these few days… take a look:

1st course – choose one

farmers basket salad. shaved brussels sprouts and red kale. sunflower seeds, walnuts, 
dried cherries, pine nuts. parmesan peppercorn dressing

knuckle sandwiches. lobster knuckle salad, baby herbs, toasted brioche

sweet and sour shrimp. bok choy, sweet gypsy peppers

2nd course – choose one

moules frites. black mussels, spicy sausage, garlic, cilantro, butter, french fries

fried oyster po boy. spicy mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, french fries

pork belly fried rice. braised pork belly, baby bok choy, fried egg

3rd course – choose one

homemade strawberry shortcake. short bread, gramma’s strawberry sauce

apple empanadas. with caramel sauce & vanilla bean ice cream

cinnamon doughnut holes. chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream

 

Available Wednesday April 25th – Saturday April 28th
